what if I want to create an unsaved problem from the incident, that is the UI action redirect me to the form of the problem with autopopulated fields of the incident but if I go back the problem record is not created.

Hey how can i create one problem for all same type of incidents , as a problem occurs when many similar type of incident occurs right . But here a new problem is getting created for a single incident. how to do it like that

If a problem already exists for the major incident then another problem should not be created … what logic I have to write it .
