thank you for sharing. your waste has zero articulation. your shoulder and hips stay in the same line without and twisting. please see Sam Masich vids and his recent book - Foundations of Taijiquan Core Concepts & Full Curriculum -

The waist doesn’t move. All rotation comes from the hip joint, so shoulders and hips stay aligned

@@hiddentaichi the waste should twist. your hips follow your shoulders (error). this compromises the stance. the resulting structure will not stand up against incoming force. the chance that you have used this with success against a skilled opponent is 0.0%.

@@edwardmarchildon2343 the waist moves in specific instances, and has a role to play. It should be like rubber: not stiff, but solid. In many of the videos you can see that we fold at the waist, etc... So it's not rigid. But the way to channel incoming power into the foot is through the hip, not the waist. If you let the waist move too much, you are breaking the structure of the body and lose all power. I don't see how you can claim that having hips and shoulders aligned compromises the stance. The basic stance is literally to have your shoulders over the hips. That's where all the power is: the hip-shoulder connection, so that there is a longer foot-fist connection. you can't have that if your waist is never aligned. Also, you're going to mess up your back.

@@hiddentaichi my brother i just watched another of your videos about peng and peng is a mystery to you. when your posture is 'load bearing' while relaxed you will naturally have peng. if you carry 45/50 lb staff at your elbows and move from one leg to the other in bow step you will not compromise your posture like you are presently doing or you wont be doing for long as something will give way. have you ever tried to carry something on your head? i can tell you with a very high probability that you have not. right now you are the bull and i am the 4 ounces and you have a big ring in your nose.
