I honestly just found out about this group, what, 1-2 hours ago? Someone commented about them debuting so I decided to check them out. I watched their Teaser Video first then came to this MV. After watching it, the red automatically made me think of NCT-U. The song was ok, I don't really get hooked until I listen to it a few more times. I read comments and a lot of people are comparing. Why? They are their own group, let them be, they just debuted. They have a long and hopefully bright future ahead of them. There will be more songs and more concepts, and concepts sometimes get reused, no one owns concepts so deal with it. I don't see myself stanning this group NOW but hopefully in the future I'll get more hooked onto them. But I will be checking up on them every once and a while! VARSITY FIGHTING~!

competition is tight among up and coming K-pop groups. VARSITY will have to deal with NCT, KNK, ASTRO, SF9, PENTAGON, VROMANCE, VICTION, MASC, VOISPER, and IMFACT.(not to mention another group that just debuted, TOP SECRET) 10 years ago these kind of groups would disband in a year or so. however, K-pop has spread like wildfire around the world these past years so I'm not too worried. hopefully there'll be enough of us fans to keep some of these idols alive for awhile longer. VARSITY sounds pretty good.

Mkay. Honest thoughts on this. -The M/V is 5.5/10. The camera work is pretty bad, and to me the filters make no sense. I get that this is a debut M/V but it could've been better. - The song is not outstanding and lacks originality. It's seems like that same-o bg song about relationships. - OKAY NOW THIS IS JUST MY OPINION SO DONT GET MAD, but I honestly think there are too many in this group? Like, some of them didn't even get much screen time / lines? I feel like if they were smaller, they could really stand out more. I heard they're coming out with another song soon, so maybe that one will be better than this. No hard feelings, I'll keep my eye out on their progress.

I had the same opinion as yours so I agree with you. It sounds like every song I have heard of before. Plus their is too many boys in the group. The choreography from what I've seen kinda looks a mess. With the amount of groups coming out with the same dark and hip hop concept they don't stand out.

I've visited this group during the debut month... I was surprised how many people criticised the filmography and how lukewarm it was. But people wished for them to improve, so that's good. Now, they are increasing in fanbase. I do hope they continue on improving. I do like this song. Pretty nice. This group holds potential, hopefully their company would shape them and promote them unlike some bands. The hate comments may be buried away under the positive comments but remember, this rookie group got a harsh criticism during their debut. Please support this group🙏🏻
