wow! can't even imagine having to make a 100 mile round trip each day to go to school, which is normal for many of these kids. i had to walk 2 miles each way, but that's nothing. wasn't rich, but wasn't poor either. i would've never graduated if i had the obstacles these kids constantly face. but they have such strong spirits. they see humor in everything, and fight like true warriors to make it. mitakuye oyasin - we are all related. yes! we are all human beings and are in the struggle on this earth together. if everyone gives a piece, we can solve the puzzle.

We won state champs too. Very similar story. Unfortunately the star player died in a fatal car crash. He didnt even drink either. My grandpa told his mom to get blessed off. He went down to Oklahoma and helped take down a sacred ceremony that apparently only northern arapaho are supposed to do. His mom never had him blessed off so that bad luck took his life. America needs to know who we really are and hopefully help provide and give us more chance to make it in this world that shuns natives just for being native. Its not right. Theres so much talent on the rez. We need to stop animosity between ourselves first.

@Harry Clams how tall are they usually? I'm 6.0 and it is difficult finding a female that is close to my height. Growing up on junk food like hot cheetos isn't helping the females on the rez grow any taller. Those Lakota are tall because their diet was mainly buffalo.

Humble. God hates pride. God resist the proud. Being proud is of satan. I hate satan. The bible says to obey God humbly. The old testament is the jewish faith and the new testament is the christian faith, the rest of the religions are false i know because i studied all the religions in the usa. The only true temple of God is only in Jerusalem over in Isreal, the holy land of God. I'm rich in knowledge, just cost alot of money to open and run all the businesses that i'm smart in in the usa which i don't have that kind of money unless God blesses me with money. God is the one who blesses people with knowledge to get wealth. All glory goes to God. Our God is very jewish. Jesus Christ our lord and saviour is king of the jews.

@@hernang6006 sorry was having a bad day I rebuke my comment all natives don't have totem poles that's more Pacific tribes but I know what you mean.the tribes with overwhelming poverty are more in to basketball because that's all there is to do.no outlets other then basketball, drugs, alcohol, ect.im sure if they had horses and culture peogams they would be all over it.theres no jobs no way to get ahead.only who's family is on the tribal council can get ahead.and most the time they waste it on material things.untill corruption and greed stops there on a downhill spiral...
