I'm from Germany and I really don't know which guys I wanna have on the olympics roster in the front court. We have Thiemann, Theis, Voigtmann, Franz & Mo Wagner, Bonga & Hartenstein. Kleber won't participate but he would be just another very good option...
@duke51697 ай бұрын
I don't think Hartenstein will participate either, because he didn't do so in both Eurobasket and Worldcup.

Clippers could've retained him but according to IHart, clippers simply didn't want him. First management said they couldn't afford him but Ihart said he'd take a pay cut to stay. Clippers finally fessed up and said no. So he came here, reported during an interview in the Brunson and Hart Roommates YT channel.

Would love to see him on the Lakers, as they currently lack alot in terms of defense. And I also believe that Hartenstein will become a main building block of team Germany after the olympics. They are still thinking about maybe giving him a chance for the olympics but it is rather slim due to commitment to the current group of players, but after this tournaments, he will 100% be part of our future squads.

To clarify on Hartenstein's nationality/race etc... His father is half African American and half German and his mother is a white American. They met at University of Oregon and Isaiah was born in Eugene Oregon and lived there until he was 8 years when his family moved to Germany where his father was playing basketball professionally.
@timonaismith7 ай бұрын
No No, his father Florian isnt half african american. He’s german with an american father and an german mother.
@lukelillebrorcyran83977 ай бұрын
You want to clarify but actually you’re just creating a false narrative. Hartensteins father is born and raised in germany and lived nearly all his life in germany. His father is a German with one American parent and he played in America because of his career not because he’s American. And also Hartenstein was born in Oregon and lived his early childhood there but mostly grew up in Germany. He speaks native German and even plays for Germany. You are not saying wrong things but you’re message is wrong. Hartenstein is definitely German
