Basque Burnt Cheesecake
This type of cheesecake is originated in Basque Country in Northern Spain. It is typically made of cream cheese, eggs, cream and sugar but it is cooked in high temperature to have a burnt exterior and creamy-custard like texture. It is commonly served plain but you can add toppings and fillings if preferred.
ingredients:
450g cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup all purpose cream
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp all purpose flour,sifted
a pinch of salt
