This video reminds me of how good we had it when we could fish the Muddy and Virgin areas on Lake Mead.

The lake is so fun to run around and explore right now. Water seems to be clearing up quick. It was mud everywhere a few weeks back

The goood old days of limitless crappie are gone. The addition of Yelllowbass, gizzard chad devastated the bluegill and crappie populations. 30 yrs ago, Rosie had 3 to 5 million crappies. But times must change:)))))

I like how you’re still in tournament mode “2 minute penalty”. I do my absolute best to keep them off the carpet too. Fun video!

It so hard right now with these lakes being flooded, there are so many targets to throw at. 😂

looks like the water is down a couple feet already.

Josh, I think you may increase the size of fish you catch by veering away from your power fishing style and remember that the State record 17lbs State record came from Rosevelt and the new record could have been on the bed behind the fish you caught

Hey Josh. Love the vid! Can you please let me know the name, brand, style of the shades you have on. I have a fairly big mug, & I like the way they look and fit. Would like to check on getting a pair. Thanks so much! Randy. May also be interested in a day on the water with you. New bass boat owner, 4 trips so far... 0 fish! Can please message me on the details. Thanks! Randy

How in the world are you not getting snagged every cast?
@phatpakbaits Жыл бұрын
I would say flooded lakes means junk fishing everything you see until you get a bite and can glean something from that bite
@_omc_fishing_7757 Жыл бұрын
I disagree, just because a body of water is flooded does not mean junk fish
@phatpakbaits Жыл бұрын
@@_omc_fishing_7757 Well so the point here we are making is until you find a pattern like josh showed, he was catching em in north facing calm water coves, flipping brush, you have to fish all over
