I used to to fish with an old guy (now passed) who used to tell me tales of this place. But he always said anywhere along there is good? People have told me since, to fish to the right???? I'm from the Wirral, and have fished all along the N Wales coast for bass! Have caught plenty as well, but the Hoyle bank is 5mins from my house. Yes it's a long walk, but I have had good success from there over the years! (He didn't like walking)

It's funny that I've been told the same about fishing to the right if the beach, aparently its good for tope over low water on a small tide near the estuary there? I've never fished it myself. I do love fishing hoyle bank, had some nice flounders out of there but yet to catch some bass off there but I know it can be a Good bass mark on its day.
