Thank you for your videos. My family just moved to Madison from Iowa last year and I wanted to do some amatuer shore fishing with my daughters like I used to do with my father when I was younger but I never knew where to go other than a few places directly on Mendota and Manona.

Yes, the pond there is too shallow but the pond across the road has bass.

Probably the triangles or those bridges connecting monona and mono a bay.

How good is Wingra for bass? And if u had a kayak where in the Madison chain would u bass fish

Wingra’s pretty good from shore or in a kayak.

But Wingra is always very windy. Cherokee Lake near the canoe/kayak storage and launch has both bass and a lot of pike.
