Wow, that was a tough one Kev. Great job bud. Love your 1v1 tournaments bro, keep them coming! Hey Kev, what is your favorite rage bugs colors to use? I've been using swampwater blue and I've been tearing them up. And your video about hooks, I gave up the EWG hooks and started using the one you talked about and I know I'm landing 95% of my bass now! I was not getting a good hookset on EWG hooks. Thanks buddy!

Your in my waters now lol. I live 5 minutes from that ramp. I know the whole run. There's a dam up the river about 15 minutes from boat ramp. It's amazing fishing there

Alot of wood at the dam to fish with a worm or creature bait. I always catch a good one there.

Nice comp format. Maybe next time, coin toss for the choice of side of river, then swap over hourly 🤔 Stick a chestie on whoever you are fishing against as well, so that viewers see things from another perspective. Keep up the good vids 👍👍

Kevin with the water so stained you could have tried a Colorado Blade Spinnerbait with vibration and flash or a 1.5 Squarebill. I find if they cant see well they will still hit something with vibration. If it was grassy would to a vibrating jig. PS you do a awesome job on your videos. Do some more 1 v 1 against Chad.... maybe go to The Roanoke River you you both fish Three Sisters Creek.

Thank you!! I cant show everything but I threw a spinnerbait (willow leaf) , KVD 1.5 and a bladed jig for a pretty good while, Chad threw alot of moving stuff as well. Those suckers just did not want to bite! All that fresh water in the river had them in a funk

I noticed Chad has an electric-steer trolling motor, and you have cable-steer. If you were buying a new one, which would you go with?

Hard to say honestly. I like the strength of a cable steer, I crash into so many logs and sand bars that it works best for me. For lakes or areas that arent typically shallow, I would fo with electric steer
