I'm a counter tenor and can do for real a minute or plus 5 sec. Tenor voice needs little air as the vocal chords are closed in creating sound. How? I do breathing exercise of the tsss with an inhale of air for a minute and rest 60 sec then again 3 times mostly daily. Hint: diaphragm breathing exercises Lower note's vocal lips are open and needs more volume of air

A couple of the tenor switches were fairly slick, all were obvious, though, even if you close your eyes and just listen. Pretty good comedy routine, though. It could have stood a rehearsal, or two, to have been a little more convincing.

The bass was a fried note, and the tenor was falsetto. Frying and falsetto both take a lot less air than a natural note. Pointless, either way, just comic relief.

@@baxtita I have sung bass for 48 years. I know very well what poor fry singing sounds like. He sounds like me trying to fry a note, which doesn't sound good, at all. There was very little power, or volume to this note, and no resonance, whatsoever. Ask Fouch himself.

@@wmden1 I appreciate your experience , what i'm trying to say is that there are certain basso cantantes which have extended lower ranges that can sound a little froggy but chest though. I'm not expecting Matt to sound like a true operatic basso profundo as Glenn Miller projecting a G1 either.
