I really hope you guys enjoyed this video. I’m so glad I can enjoy doing what I love again. All of your support means the world to me and i’m so lucky to have each and every one of you… Your messages helped me more than I can put into words… I grew a lot during my 2 month break, being diagnosed with bipolar and getting the help I needed. It felt so much longer than 2 months for me, everyday I was so eager so come back, and I think the time is finally right. I’m still not perfect, but I think making these videos will help me get there. I won’t have a posting schedule at the moment because I don’t want to push myself too hard, but I’ll be trying to make as much content as I can while staying happy and healthy… I love you BFP nation, and i’m so happy to be back ❤️

I just discovered you today, and I can see you are much-loved. I am glad you got help for your bipolar. Keep this important fact in mind. The longer you allow it to be out of control, you will develop brain damage. I am a physician with plenty of bipolar patients when I was in practice. (A car accident took me out permanently.) I lived in Alaska where the largest number of bipolar folk are. (I believe it's because of the long durations of sunlight throughout the year.) I loved my bipolar patients, and they loved me back because they stayed on their meds! They knew they could get help any time rather than wait for an office appointment, and I knew what to do to make them feel better without breaking into the hard drugs. (They can be very hard on the system.) I hope you have a great doc with great communication skills. Give Helen a hug for me.

I’m an older woman mostly homebound, but my dad and I used to go fishing every year and when I was a kid and watching you get these fish and rescuing them. It’s just just a joy to watch the joy on your face when you’re excited when you get a new fish, I wanted to ask you though what are you going to do all of those fire salamanders that you found in your one video? Thanks for sharing about your mental health break. I was shocked to hear you announce tht, considering how upbeat you always seem in your videos. Naturally I found it hard to believe after watching you, and thinking you have everything, so how could you ever be unhappy, depressed, or have mental issues. I’m a nurse of 34 yrs, so by sharing your experience, I found tht so honest, open, and therapeutic. Everyone has something right? You’re such a likable, relatable person. And your personality it lit. I truly hope you are doing well now, and obviously taking the time to take care of your needs. While I love your videos, your teaching others to not hide or fear being honest about mental health, and learning to listen to your body and soul. Know when to heal yourself. Know when to TREAT YOSELF. I like tht. You’re very impressive and I enjoy your personality. I struggle sometimes, (who doesn’t), and I just have to have quiet time when I need it. It gets all too much sometimes. And then I’m back on track. Anyway, thank you again for expressing the importance of mental health. We need more people doing tht. ……..so why do we never see Helen?
