The arts roadblock/decent medic is pretty good overall, but most of the stuff I would use it for I don't feel like playing atm Will probably do some ZT-EX with him

Compared to nearl, how useful is bassline? Or is he basically a hung vs nearl comparison where they're incomparable since they do different things?

Bassline is better as the main tank (if there is no medic), and for tanking arts In general Nearl is better

I would say they're around the same tier Nearl is probably better for general content that doesn't need too much of a heavy (arts) tanker since she can grant extra healing effectiveness However, in situations where arts damage is prominent, I think Bassline excels significantly. He's basically a hybrid between Nearl and Nightingale-lite with having mostly the same skill but with extra RES and ability to grant Arts Protection towards allies. Arts defending niche might have sucked if it was released 3-4 years ago, but now Arts damage is an everyday threat, I'd say he's worth building in the same way Nightingale is worth building. They can help to mitigate the type of damage that even many defenders unable to deal with due to their 0 Arts RES.

hes great/better. especially in modern content where arts damage from enemies isnt really just single target.

Not really important Mod 2 is sorta nice but it's minor compared to many stronger mods
