It's my hope that Bastila did see her mother again, especially after Revan chooses to "look after her" and save her from the Dark Side. If she continued down that path, it's likely the shadow of Sith ships in orbit would have killed her mother and never knew it.

I basically 100% the entire game and I know every single nook and cranny of the game, but it's interesting to sometimes come across somethings that I have definitely missed out, or even never knew of this piece of dialogue (whether it be me choosing to be respectful to others when speaking, hence not bearing witness to the rude outcomes. Or the dialogues are cut, such as Bastila saying Carth drools..) But regardless of me basically finishing every single quests even after being max level, I still like hearing you commentary and observations, Dash. And that keeps both KotORs even more fresh :)

Please do more videos. Wow I don't even remember this. I played Kotor at young age. It makes sense. Poor bastila. Now I understand her spoiled personality. The Jedi were so wrong in many ways, it only seems ok because we never hear about Yoda or Obiwan family. And people love them too much. More than Luke. Can you imagine you growing as a Jedi, being recognized by a childhood friend or something like that, just to know that your father is dead and your mother in agony. And you being a jedi where told to do more "important missions or stuff", while all your hometown and country is being pillaged, raped and killed by mandalorians and rumors of the Sith. While your order master tells you to not give up on anger, be at peace and not go to war. Repeating like a maniac i a sanatorium "its the jedi way, this is the way x2" And then Obiwan beats Vader in the series and instead of killing him, he trains Luke to do so. He and Yoda tell him explicit that Vader can't go back to the light. And that Luke lust defeat the emperor. And they get a sequel and a dedicated series. While luke gets destroyed by stupid bitch Rey and cocaine adept Kylo. I'm mad and happy, I'm glad Nihilus whiped with no efford stupid Vandar Yoda ancestor. And dissapointed how Quigon appeared in the series, I believe he would have adressed anakin feelings, as he tried to save her mother but Watto refused. Obiwan forgotted about it? They only went to tatooine because Padme wanted. And I don't think Quigon would have bitched anakin for getting the queen by himself. But instead, in the series he is like "good job Obiwan, lets go on a walk", at least he could be upset or something. Whatever, at least we have KoTor.

I refuse to play as the canonical female because the Handmaiden is infinitely better than the dude you get instead as a companion. I didn't like Mikel, Mical, McWhogivesafuck in the brief meeting you have as a male character. Glad I didn't have to go through a whole game with him.

I have to thank you. I honestly never liked revan ( either of them cause they're op af in star wars galaxy of heroes so I hate them) but your lore is actually having an impression on me. I loved mass effect and didn't know for the longest time it's the same company. My gf just bought kotor for me on steam and my guild mates have been telling me to play it. I'm finally warming up to it. I have started to like to Era and characters but not fully there yet. But all of that is because of you and how you present your lore. I like the situational voice acting for revan too!
