Quick question! Why do you drain the ground meat of the fat in the taco soup recipe? It throws the macros off because the overall dish will not have as many calories nor as much fat. Isn't the goal of keto to eat a lot of fat? Why drain the fat instead of just letting it make the soup extra rich?

Hey Nicole! I’m not sure if this is the beat place to ask you a question- but here it is.... I am really wanting to find an amazing fitness accountability/challenge group. I am amazed by your fitness changes and would love to do make a similar commitment now that I have really found a solid groove with my keto WOE. I despise groups that encourage unhealthy extreme measures or ones that require you to shell out hundreds of dollars monthly. I find your mindset and positivity exactly what I’m looking for. I have to admit I have my fingers crossed you would start a group like this... but also understand that the commitment might be too much. If not, do you have a direction you could point me in?
