@@nancyfarkas3592 the only reason I was warning them is because I was at Lake Don Pedro in California last Friday and I WAS THERE when a man was swimming and didn’t have a life jacket on and he’s missing. They’ve been looking for his body for over a week now. If he had been wearing a life jacket he’d probably still be alive. I heard the family screaming when they were told the body couldn’t be found and it was horrible! I’ve been checking the news every day and the body is still missing. It’s only a suggestion but it’s hard to see in lake water and a life jacket will keep you floating in case of an emergency.

Just a quick note, tell Papa Bates and Kelton, they must wear the engine cut-off lanyard when piloting their boats. It’s a Federal law, since April 2021, and does come with a fine; first offense is 100, second is 250, third 500 dollars and so forth. No warning from DNR. The only time you don’t have to wear it is when anchored, idling, or docking. ♥️ So happy you had fun! My comment seems to have disappeared on my end, apologies if this posts again.

Evan, never feel badly about anything you do or have. You work hard (and have been such a good husband & father) and you shouldn't feel as tho you're bragging or feel badly that others may not have what you have. Life isn't fair and we all won't have the same things in life but that is how it works. I am way further down the road (55 yrs old YIKES!) & my husband has worked very hard and now runs a major railroad. We are blessed beyond measure and I don't feel guilty about it. Dreams do come true! My husband and I purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid in 2004 and as we drove it off the lot, we told each other that would be the last gasoline car we purchase and IT WAS! Our Tesla Model 3 is almost 5 years old and has 80k on it. Best car in the world!
