Welcome to my home state Carpetbagger, I hope you enjoy it here in Arkansas. Check out Blanchard Caverns and Springs if you get a chance (couple hours drive from Hot Springs though). Also you can go Diamond mining, and people find diamonds every year, they are out there.

Beautiful old bathhouse, w/lots of interesting, questionable gadgetry. Wish I could soak my tired, ouchy back in some of that hot, healing mineral water. A friend of mine's from Hot Springs - her sis worked at that bath house back in the day.

**Oh nooo not Hotel Room kerfuffles ;)** You could do a series like Dan Bell's Dirty Hotel Rooms. Wow seriously never seen ppl fill up bottles with hot water from a Spring. IDEA: One could bring a mug with a tea bag, coffee or hot chocolate. And have instant warm goodness. I want that bathtub have none :( Ummm....ya sponge probably not sanitary. Loved the Bath house architecture both inside & out. Haha that elevator sign.

Little hint on your electric cooler, they only cool about 30 degree below room temp but if you keep a large cup of ice inside it gets cooler and also keep it out of the sun, and if you can point the a.c. vent towards the fan vent opening

I can't believe it. You went to where I lived for about 25 years. Story is that Capone always stayed at the Arlington Hotel and Lucky Luciano stayed. At the Majestic Hotel and they were bitter rivals. Mob wars would happen. We even had a famous gangster that lived in a house there that's now a neurologist office. I can't believe you didn't go to the Ganster Miseum. Also, there are several haunted places there that John could have checked out.

I used to keep milk in one of those coolers when I drove a truck. The only trick is you have to keep it in a cool place. Example in 70 degrees it will cool to around 40-50 and if its 90 degrees outside it will cool to around 60-70 those numbers are not exact but will give you an idea of what to expect

It is so funny a difference I noticed long ago - you can put 5-6 ladies in one room - they have no issues of sleeping 2 to a bed and if need be on a king they will or can do 3 to a bed - for two guys to actually share a room is a big deal but don't dare suggest that they share a bed - how dare you - can't be done - and they say men are the stronger gender - seriously - even they are afraid they can't handle something so simple lol
