Mike Dugan who passed away a few years ago was the baseball historian who put that trail together. There’s also a room dedicated to spring training baseball in the gangster museum. Basel in HS needs its own museum not just a room.

Spring Training baseball games have always been a enjoyable scene. Not only to see the established stars, but to see promising young players trying to make it to the Majors. Thanks for your trip thru Hot Springs Arkansas.

Another great vlog as always Jordan. I was vacationing there a couple months ago, if you are still in the area The Gangster museum is really interesting, also if you are still in Hot Springs The Arlington Hotel I was in there last time I was there they actually let me go in the Babe Ruth hotel room and also the Al Capone room they were both very interesting. The staff was very friendly. I thought you might be interested in checking those out if you are still in Hot Springs. Have a great time there.

There is supposed to be a set of concrete bleachers in the bushes somewhere in Whittington Park. Saw a photo of them not too long ago. Also, youth baseball is still being played at Majestic Park. There is a plaque that mentions Hank Aaron having played there.

Hi Jordan. Thanks as always for the videos. I was struck by your comments about the Clinton Presidential library /museum in a good way. :) I had the same experience at another historical site and museum in the UK. The lack of more personal items can leave the visitor feeling a bit empty. In this case, I'm wondering if more will be released to the museum in time, after Clinton passes? He may be hanging onto items? The saxophone, his suits (as you noted), Sock's dishes, and so on.. Also, your American travel videos are great overall. I really like them. A friend of mine frequently takes me on his travels, but he loves Europe, as do I, so we've seen a lot of Europe. However, I'd like to see more of the U.S. Both of us have traveled within the U.S., but mostly for business. You grab a few hours if you can to tour, but you don't get a balanced view of a region because all you see are strip malls, corporate parks & airports.

I've been watching some of your vlogs from 5 years ago, really enjoying all of your videos. So sad that you don't live here in LA anymore. Very interesting about the hot springs. At one time Hot Springs major destination for health benefits before the advent of “ pain management “ centers of today. Can’t help but think it would have been better since it’s natural as opposed to opioid pain medications. Wasn’t aware of the influence it had on baseball and spring training.
