I met Deron after a 96BB show. I simply just wanted to tell him how much of a fan I was but we ended up talking about how I lost my mom last year 2 cancer.Deron cared so much about my story. This dude hugged me as I cried and vented to him about my life(keep in mind I’m a 24 year old grown man) everyone please support this dude, he’s a true musician and a great guy.

@MikeCampbellJr.Guitar Жыл бұрын
Also if you have trouble finding wound G sets that are close to proper tension for D standard; a trick is to buy a set of 7 string's and you can use the first four strings of the set and the last 2 for your A and D string. So you end up with something along the lines of 56-11 or 54-10 if you like em light. Personally I think 58-60 on the low D plays best for tight rhythms.

@@drownthepoor i saw this dude on KZbin who pretty much wanted to BE deron Miller. Dude dressed the same. Had the same mannerisms, same haircut, same guitar…played his songs exactly to the note. It was insane man. I’m a fan of deron but I think it’s pretty cringy to get to the point to where you change everything about yourself to try to BE that person. Deron was the reason I got into Parker guitars. I liked CKY and thought deron had a neat guitar. After playing one when I was 13, it’s all I’ll play anymore. Since the last comment I made, I’m up to 14 Parker’s now haha. If that dude still had the one he bought years ago, he would have been able to make some money on it today. I paid $1300 for my first Parker fly, used back in the day. When I was hooked on heroin, I regrettably sold both of my parkers. I paid a LOT more for the flys I have now. More than double the price of my first one. The lower end models can go for less sometimes depending on condition. I’ve seen some really low priced ones but they have issues like broken truss rods and stuff. I think the prices spiked since they don’t make them anymore though.
