Oh man, watching this makes me SO HAPPY I went with 12 x 24 tile. LOL My brain would have blown up & I am sure there would be foot sized holes in the wall before I was done. You make it look so easy & it looks gorgeous, hat's off to you ! WOW

It’s the editing that’s painful 😂 spent more time on that than installing

Herringbone, definitely most demanding pattern in tiling for pros or diy'ers. Did you got the hydroblok in store and if so in which one? Or perhaps it was a promo hookup? Here in Atlanta it's a tough luck. Cant wait for the next video when two herringbone walls come together in corner. I am sweating already. 🤣

@@BathroomRemodelingTeacher Thanks Steve! Atlanta or Georgia is left in dark in regard to waterproofing options. Although Schluter & Laticrete can be found at Floor&Decor, Redguard from HD still rules the market. I see bathrooms build all the time with it (PVC liner, mud-bed and RG). 👊

Bro my mind has already blown! I'm working on a bathroom now and it's awful! 3"x9" glass tiles! They chip and break while cutting. I also didn't charge enough so the frustration is on another level!

Sika is really Good stuff, not cheap but quality. You’re one of my teachers. I think I’m gonna pull the trigger and purchase your courses. I do kitchens and have done a few bathrooms but I want to start learning how to bang em out and make the money. Great content. Thank you for the quality information and step by step instruction.

Top quality job. That is a superb idea for templating the wall and cutting out. Makes it way quicker. Such a time consuming pattern to do otherwise, but looks so nice!

How did you handle wrapping the tile around the corner? Did you make spacers between the tile and the corner like Sal DiBlasi or did you use a 1/16" space?

Did u build a template of the wall so u could pre cut the tile?

Tough pattern & cuts, looks like a perfect finish.

Hello, i would like to learn what you do, I have been watching your video for a year now, Do i need license to do what u Do??
@OSKER600Ай бұрын
No license needed. Start small and then go bigger. Definitely tedious work and gets messy.

Delusional..40+ years doing tile and a mud guy...spreading that much setting material and not expecting it to skin over. Insane. You go you tube
