Mars Toys absolutely nailed this figure, and you can tell they really cared about this release. They could have used the same hat sculpt as the HT one, but they wanted to make the hat fit, so although it doesn’t look good bc of the bulky hs, I comend them for trying, and trying makes all the difference in a release! The care and precision they took for the suit talyoring, which is perfectly screen accurate, and accessories are top notch. Lastly, those headsculpts are gorgeous! The laughing one really brings the DX figure to life! Terrific review!

I just got mine in the mail today and the quality was even better than I expected. I agree that the hat is one of the few things that isn't perfect. I wish there was a head sculpt in the flesh color that is designed to wear the hat like he wore in the beginning of the mob scene. The suit can be a bit bulky but that effect can be minimized if you pull it tight in certain areas and mess with it. Looks great next to DX08 Joker and DX09 Batman. 10/10

I suppose it all depends on what kind of Joker you like. My favourites are Ledger and Nicholson. For me, Jack Nicholson's Joker ticks all of the boxes. He's hilarious, he's a criminal mastermind, he's very vain, he's flamboyant, and he's very much a psychopath - look what he did to his very loyal "number one guy", Bob! Aside from Jared Leto's Joker, I think that every other interpretation by the various actors have been both great and compelling. It'll be very interesting to see where Phoenix's Joker goes next; will he become the fully fledged criminal mastermind, will he continue making up stories from his asylum as the Joker, will he turn out to be an ordinary man who was abused as a child; one who escaped his harsh reality by reading and disappearing into a fantasy world inspired by the comics he read in the 80's.....?
