Fantastic review for THE iconic DC hero. My favorite era is the Gene Colan - Dracula era and the Frank Miller Dark Knight eras.Thank you Pete.

Never was a big DC fan but Batman was pretty cool. This is a great introduction to the Dark Knight. Thanks for sharing!

Another great book to share, Pete. One not in the personal library but Batman has really become a favorite over my 60 years of buying and reading comics. Thanks for the episode. The bat family still seems to be the consistent best selling part of the DC comics empire.

Hey Pete, yeah I have that cool book too. I've got a few Batman related books and have been collecting trades and Omnibus editions. Especially The Dark Knight Detective & Caped Crusader series. Almost the equivalent of Marvel's Epic Collection line. If you like coffee table books though I recommend Batman: The Definitive History of The Dark Knight in Comicsm Film & Beyond. Its amazingly bigger than the one you have there. If you know what a DC Absolute Edition is, its that height but thicker. Love the channel. Cheers mate.

Own this one too. Great book. Good layout. Also have a similar one for Marvel Comics.

I can see that it's a good quality book, Pete. Unfortunately, my favorite Batman artists aren't shown. They are: Neal Adams Kelley Jones Jim Aparo Although those are some great artists that you've mentioned in that book.
