there's so much good here so i may comment multiple times but first one, imagine the first crossover where the predators catch wolverine and tie him down and use him as a means of producing the perfect, regenerating xenomorph, assuming the xenomorph is able to find a soft spot to burst out of wolverine. then wolverine heals and you put another facehugger on his face

I personally think if you're gonna use Iron Man in this kinda crossover the Aliens are a more appropriate threat For a Predator crossover I'd have either Black Panther or Captain America hunting terrorists in a jungle until part way through the story both sides realize they're being hunted by a Predator. I personally think Iron man vs Aliens would work better You just start off with Iron Man investigating strange deaths of in an isolated corner of the middle east and catching a powerful villain (off the top of my head maybe MODOK or the Leader) experimenting with Xenomorphs One epic conflict later, Tony's tech is wrecked, the cave collapses and Stark has to defend himself from Xenomorphs with what he can cobble together from the available scraps
