Nice seeing you update the arkham asylum bat suit along with adding the Arkham city suit(not to be confused 7.43 version of the suit that was made after the game's events), I wonder if you used the Return to Arkham versions of the suits that have more textures on them to fit with the updated aesthetics of the remaster.

They use some parts of return to arkham yea, though everything went through so many changes and iterations that its only a superficial similarity anymore lol

​​​@@RRe36Well, I know that the Return to Arkham remaster duology updated the lighting and textures of characters, lighting and environment that is suppose to look a bit more realistic to fit with next gen consoles at the time(like the Ps4/Xbox one), and with the aesthetics of Arkham knight. One thing I like about the remaster version s is how they updated Arkham batman suits, with adding minor details like the fiber texture being shown more prominently rather than being faded. While the city suit's cowl and cape now has a dark grey color rather than dark blue/purple in the original game, the Asylum suit still retains its black cowl and cape from the original game. Interestingly both suits seem to each have a different cape design, with the Asylum appearing much more wide when spread out than with city being more narrowly cut.

Are you talking about the vanilla dlc asylum suit? Because that one has been botched in so many ways, and the cowl being extremely narrow and small is one of them. I didn't use that model though and modelled the cowl from scratch around the actual batman face model from knight.

Very nice, love the texture quality, i cant tell well but the cape seems to be black for the AC version when it (in og AC) is dark blue, but in the remaster on console its black (still looks nicer black IMO, and still a really impressive mod)

It is a subtle dark blue, lighting and knight shading just don't always show it. It's more noticeable side by side with the asylum suit though, since that one is actually nearly black

I have no desire to work on that suit, and I think ice is doing as good of a job on it as possible despite the nitpicking, contradicting requests and such that have been thrown at him for it. I certainly would have just ditched working any mod that gets that level of bothersome attention, especially after the effort he already spent on it given that it's not exactly a straightforward port.

I think the colours are a little too dark. The Arkham city suit should be more blueish than black. The perfect way of doing it is looking at the updated official city suit from the game. The colours are just right. Otherwise very good.

​@@GhostySkateWell, to be honest I preferred the dark grey cowl of the return to arkham city suit rather than it being dark blue/purple. Since the it looks like it can actually fit better in knight due to its more realistic aesthetic along with along with the colors of grey and black typically blend in better in the shadows as opposed to the original city suit, which was a mix of the gothic nightmare and the blue coloring graining that fits better with the semi-realism of the game.

I'll be honest, not a fan of how shiny the cloth parts are. It looks out of place especially on underpants. I get the shine on cowl, cape and armor, but Asylum and City suits are meant to be cloth texture over the armor, which is shown on the first suit damages in Asylum (clear cloth tears) and City (after getting a shot from Two-Face, it has a skorch mark along with visible armor). But in other things - these suits look great. Details on them are very cool and Batman's face doesnt look like a gorilla face, which is a problem on most vanilla suits.

Its not supposed to be cloth here though, more like a leathery/rubber kind of thing and I'm not sure if it ever was meant to really be cloth in the first place and not some rubbery kind of top layer material. Either way as I said in the blogpost these suits aren't supposed to be "accurate" versions, just my own take on them.

Love the asylum suit but no offense, i prefer the one rocksteady gave us for the city suit. The dark blue hue on the cowl, boots and cape i LOVED on the ps3/360 version. But sadly the remasters got rid of it

The City suit still has a blue tint, it's just more subtle because I didn't feel like a stronger blue really worked with the overall look
