If you ever watched death battle, they gave legitimate reasons why even the regular Spider-Man would win. Unless Batman had weeks or even months of planning, on a single day encounter Spider-Man would win.

Noah The Cobra here the thing why DEATHBATTLE made no sense batman wouldn't just go out and fight Spider-Man that is not batman's style he would just study spider man and do research find out how to beat him and then go out and fight.
