I'm extremely excited for this show, words can't even begin to describe my anticipation, however I hope the writers remember the compassion at Batman's core. It was a key component of the Animated Series, which this show appears to be a spiritual successor to.

The things that they say this show will be about are everything I love most about Batman and go perfect with my own channel. Another point they made in 2021 was that this Batman is someone who is searching for redemption. So I definitely think we'll see parts of that compassion come out.

All of those characters sound great. I'm really okay with them either having him do it himself or having someone like Lucius do it for him. I think in 'The Batman' films they'll be be showing him do the stuff himself but if they want to go into more detail and show it in this show I think that would be really cool, too.

I think, for this series, we need villains who can not only break Batman physically but also psychologically. And there should also be a conflict between Bruce and the Batman persona.

While I think a show with just Batman is great, I think a reference to 1930s/40s Superman would be really cool! Since they were basically the only two superhero’s at the time. I’m excited either way!

My Hopes and Ways to make this Show Good to Great: Classic Fletcher Style Animation, Dark Deco Comeback, the Original BTAS Look and TNBA Design Mix, More Continuous Narrative Stories, the Reeves Batman TAS Arc, J.J. Abrams Lighting Technique (cause that's his Best Talent i can think of) and Budget, TMS, Dong Yeng, and maybe Mappa Joining the Crew, More 3 Dimensional and Original Characters, Remake original Bad and Good Episode, Shirley Walkers Score Return with Michael Gianccinos also joining, Improve Characters Arc, Take more Inspiration from the BTASComics, Story Arcs, And maybe Title this Series "the Batman Adventures".

I enjoyed the Arkham Origins voice actor but I'm guessing they'll go with someone new. I'm really sad Kevin is gone. He will never be forgotten but this show will need a new actor to put their own mark on the Dark Knight.

I don't think it will. Beware the Batman came on late at night and didn't include villains that the general audience knew. It also didn't seem to get much advertising either. This show will be available for streaming and it will make it much easier for people to watch whenever they want.

I would like to see Killer Croc as he was originally in Gerry Conway's run the Batman/Detective comics. The Noctourna/Thief of the Night storyline and while I'm being greedy, that Vampire story with the Monk. I think all those stories could work well with the atmosphere you describe.

How many times are we going to get a story where Batman has to earn the trust of Gordon and the police? That plot point has been done to death! And personally I am not a huge fan of JJ abrams.

I think it's about the execution of it and the details that go into it. If you're telling an early Batman story then it's required almost. And i hope in this show he NEVER gets the trust of the police except for Gordon. I also don't think JJ Abrams or Matt Reeves will be playing big parts. They make it pretty clear in the interviews that this is Bruce Timm's project. Sure they have some input but I think Bruce is mostly being left alone.

One thing I LOVED about Batman the animated series, was exactly that, it was a BATMAN Aninated show. No JLA and other characters, even Brave and the Bold started to stretch to those super powered expanded characters. Looking forward to this 40's early Era Batman series.

Deadshot could be bad a$$.... as he was so restricted in use of guns with the original series. A opertunity to show just how dangerous he can be, plus you cant find a more grounded villain for Matt Reeves.... Except Victor Zsasz Who would also make a great villain for the new series for similar reasons.

Awesome video and great narration voice 👍🏻 I’m excited for this new noir Batman animated show. My older brother and I used to watch the BTAS growing up. I love the detective elements and the real life stakes the show revealed was possible for a kids show in the 90’s, especially Mask of the Phantasm. Seeing this explored in depth once again some 30 years later is a dream come true. And as much as I love Kevin Conroy’s voice as the Batman, I’m looking forward to the new voice for the Dark Knight for this generation of fans. Well in my opinion BTAS Penguin, Riddler and Catwoman were not that great in BTAS (they were way better in The Batman 2004) , so they can do a much better job with those, Bane can be surely used more and improved as well, Scarecrow and Mad Hatter were rather good I think, but if the show is going to be more mature with less restrictions I'm pretty sure they can make much darker versions of both, same thing about Killer Croc, I love BTAS Croc's design but they made him appear dumber and dumber, a scarier and more dangerous Killer Croc like the one we saw in Arkham Asylum would be ideal, I'd just leave The Joker, Harley, Two Face and Ivy more or less like in BTAS as they were probably the very best of the show, Two Face in particular was the one who got the best restyle and characterization ever, I'd stick with the black and white suit but with a more gruesome left side, hopefully they'll totally ditch that TNBA kid friendly design they're still using in some comics.

I am both looking forward to the show and I’m afraid of what’s going to happen. I’m afraid they’re going to let identity politics destroy it. Like so many other projects.. I’m also uneasy about reinventing characters. Reimagining often means rem the character for a modern audience. A woke version. I hope they realize the fans will drop anything like that like a hot potato. Marvel seems to be unable to grasp this. And that’s why they are having financial troubles they are.. I have no problem at all with diversity and inclusion.. I am perfectly content to see a female hero or star. I have absolutely no problem with seeing different colors in prominent characters. But if you have to change existing characters, race swap or change their sex, then it is you who is a racist. There are many characters out there utilize.. or even make new ones. Have them written well with interesting stories.. and people will like them. Be true to the characters, or the fans will turn them back on you. And here’s something else that Marvel can’t grasp.. the fans are not people to be treated badly. The fans are your customer.. treat them badly and you’ll have no customer. It’s not for you to tell me what I want. it’s for me to tell you what I want you to make it
