Alucard's whole fight with Anderson was him trying to die. He wants to die, can't let himself be killed though. The only issue with this one is that I doubt UV Rays and the spear will have much of an effect. Alucard was in broad daylight once, and it didn't hurt him. He was more angry at Anderson for using the nail that crucified Christ to turn him into another monster rather than Anderson having it. It didn't seem to hurt Alucard at all when he ripped it out of him and crushed his hurt. And, I think Alucard would welcome a fight against Bruce since he wouldn't make the mistake of forsaking his humanity.

I don’t think he was mad about Anderson having the nail. Alucard was more angry Anderson used the nail on himself rather than Alucard Alucard respects the strength of will of humans. He saw Anderson as someone who could beat him, someone to truly kill a monster. Anderson using the nail as a power up instead of a weapon means he had forsaken that humanity. The very thing Alucard did. Anderson did stretch the notion of humanity, but he very much still was human at that moment before, even if he was Hellsing’s allegory for Frankenstein’s Monster.

The events you're talking about never happen in the anime continuity, only in the movie continuity. 2: The fight versus the anti-spiral took place in super-spiral space, a completely separate universe created by the Anti-Spiral, which plays by different rules than the material universe. That's how they were able to just *manifest* the TTGL to begin with, since super-spiral space is directly responsive to spiral power w/o the need of technology to interface with. They can't necessarily *do* that the same way in the material universe; At least not at the levels of spiral power escalation we see in the series. We've seen Simon fight w/o a mech before, he couldn't just spawn in a drill on his fist outside of super-spiral space.

That being said spiral power works off emotion and willpower...and food, but mostly the other two. if batman finds a way to break Simon's will or cause another emotion like heart break or something Simon will temporarily be locked out of his spiral power. The second bit also kind of contradicts what's told to us about how super spiral space works in the anime. We *know* that's possible since Granzamboa was going to reach out through the portal that was ripped in SSS into realspace and grab Earth, so it's entirely possible things made there can come out. If you are talking post schrodinger Alucard...he only has ONE SOUL now. That was the whole point of why he went MIA for so long, he had to kill off every other soul but his own in his possession in order to not lose himself. It is his weakness now actually. He lost a lot of his powers, even his demon dog is gone because he had to KILL IT. He is literally unkillable now though as just like schrodinger he could just will himself alive at any point unless he allowed his soul to be consumed by someone else. A lot of his powers are gone now. Pre schrodinger is where he has an insane number of souls and 3 demon dogs as his personal demon. He is actually more dangerous on a macro level pre schrodinger, his powers and attacks could lay waste to huge areas. Post schrodinger his powers have actually diminished but he is also now completely unkillable so he it may take him longer but he can still wreak the same devestation.

Batsy seems to have forgotten one key element about Alucard. His consumption of Schrodinger. Alucard possesses Schrodinger's power of Omnipresence. He can, at any point, exit the field of battle to appear anywhere else of his choosing. Even if that place isn't physical. Like Batman's very consciousness. Of course, Alucard's pretty nifty as far as vampires go. But in terms of power? There are plenty above him. Since Bats is on a supernatural kick lately, I wonder if he could even conceive of a way of countering the ultimate vampire hunter himself; Vampire Hunter D.

3 things 1.- Alucard have no weakness to sun light, hell he even spend a whole day under the sun when he went to Brazil. 2.- Alucard don't care much about his religion the reason why he was mad at Anderson was because he use the nail that was use in jesus's crucifixtion to turn himself into a monster, Alucard was mad at the fact Anderson give up his humanity and became a monster. ( Hell due this alucard would enjoy and find peace in the idea of him dying by batman's hands, batman would never give up his humanity in order to face him) 3.- you forgot the part that now alucard has the powers of Schrödinger's cat, he exist and at the same he doesn't pretty much make him almost imposible to destroy ( I said almost because i don't have a deep knowledge in DC's contengencies for foes with similar powers)

Also take his weakest form, before the Battle of London and Schrodinger. Forget about intangibility, forget about foresight, forget about magical properties of weapons that cancel the regeneration factor (I mean bullets and cards), forget about the fact that Alucard is not a biological being and is not affected by any viruses, parasites, etc., forget about the fact that Alucard is hard to hypnotically control, given that he controls 3 million different consciousnesses inside him and many other things to forget about. In Daetch Battle they made a cool fight with him, but for me personally they didn't reveal the character's abilities, half of them were taken away and abilities like quantum immortality were just left out.

Some things can just be assumed. Like wearing armor for the weapons he knows his enemies has, because he talked about them in detail. Alucard would absolutely love the idea of giving Batman a challenge. He would easily recognize the invitation as a trap but would go anyways. Even telling Batman that he knows. But he would test Batman and throw everything he has at him. Now the question is would Batman try to kill Alucard? Or would he focus on just containment. Alucard is undead and a very terrible threat. But would Batman still hold to his moral code. The Hellsing organization was able to contain Alucard. But during the whole fight Alucard would definitely be goading him to kill him. He wants to die and Batman is very much the man to do so. And unlike Anderson would not risk turning himself into a monster to achieve that goal. It would be an interesting fight to be sure.

Stating the Soultaker sword has been modfied to attack Alucard's specific soul amongst the insane amount he's consumed is a hand waving cop out. I love the concept of these Contigency Plans but most of them boil down to "I'll have wayne tech invent some specific fantasy tech to counter every power it has" with makes them somewhat repetitive and lacking individuality.

White phosphore, napalm or termobaric explosives can stop Alucard for a while...but, if you let spill at least one little drop of blood over his ashes, YOU'RE DONE FOR. Silver ammo can be effective to hurt him, but is expensive, maybe tracer rounds can be an affordable option to fight him or his possible ghoul slaves, but facing Alucard in melee is unacceptable if you're not kryptonian, demi-god or a powerful alien or meta-human.

If Alucard unlocked level 0, there would be no way to win. You would still have to beat and kill all the souls trapped in him, and there is over 3 million of them. Plus he is able to use the powers of anyone that he kills. Plus ever since he beat the dude that came up with the cat in the box thing there's no way he could be defeated because all he has to do now is believe that he exists and because he believes it it makes it so,even if people think he's been dead for years.

I was gonna call bullshit on batman being able to handle it, until you brought up him gathering help from magical allies. Those two were great great calls, even if I can fully imagine it still being a 50/50 shot of batman of surviving the engagement. Quite literally just because he's still dealing with a vampire with hundreds of years of battle experience against old, modern, and even slightly sci-fi weaponry. Though I will say he definitely will likely kill at least, since that spear should be able to achieve similar results to the nail.
