i believe fuuko izumo and/or andy (both from undead unluck) would be perfect for this series. fuuko wields the power of unluck being able to bestow unluck onto anyone she touches. this reaches from the target hitting a car up to a meteor or comet coming down to hit the target. the unluck is also traget based. what i mean be that is that the unluck targets specific weaknesses of the target. for example someone who has a high healing factor might be hit by a lightningbolt to reduce it or even ends up in a capsule for capture. andy meanwhile wields the power of undead which negates all kinda of things which andy consideres as deadly/death. he has an insane healing factor being able to survive the destruction of earth itself aswell as sitting ontop of the sun. that ability reaches so far that he can regenerate from any part of his body he likes which encludes his own soul. both of them can manipulate their soul and attack with it to increas their reach of effectiveness. this is just the surface of their arsenal but i think they would be perfect for a batman contigency plans. there are also more character from undead unluck with similar unique abilities and trades being called negators (like andy and fuuko who are the negators of death and luck. their powers all start with un- like for example unstopable which negates one ability to stop running) and umas (being the very rules of the world itself aka for examply death, luck, move and so on).
