Film opens on a disused warehouse in the slums of Gotham. GPD is investigating a multiple homicide with several bodies laying strewn about with grotesque grins on their faces. At 37 seconds a disgusted Jim Gordon says over his radio, "Call him." 40 seconds in, the bat signal pierces the overcast sky. The rest of the theme is a stylized bat's eye view flying randomly over Gotham until at the climax it arrives at the cave.

This song is what I use to start my work day off. Just pop on KZbin, search for Batman Earth 66 Theme, find BennieMusic's video, and wish I live in at least a 2-story house, sliding down a pole, thinking I got in uniform just by sliding down, and off to work I go, running off like the intro to the show, but to my car parked on the sidewalk. In any case, I second the notion that this song is indeed short, but love how it turned out. Maybe an extended version can be expected in the future, with more epicness being hashed out by BennieMusic?

Was looking for a remix of the original theme and found that they kept the elements of the original and just played with the chopping and cutting. I was looking for a true remix to the song. I’ve never understood why none of the movies have done this. It is still, to this day, THE iconic Batman theme.
