Personally i think one of Hans Zimmer´s greatest achievements among his many masterpieces is that he actually made a more amazing Superman theme than the iconic classic one. The Man of Steel Theme is so great. It screams "HOPE".

The 00:00-01:00 part is so tragic and sad that it involuntarily causes tears. For me, this is a farewell elegy for the lost DCEU by Zack Snyder. His vision of the DC universe was so special and realistic that it made me love DC. And Hans music so perfectly emphasized the tragic fate of Superman. Alas, we will never see the sequel. Henry Cavill, Zack Snyder and the soundtrack by Hans Zimmer are forever in my heart. And yes, I came back here after Superman's music from Gunn animated poster, it immediately reminded me of this excellent work.

OMG this is how it should have been with JL.. both batman and superman, musically and on-screen, not being a copy/paste of previous generations (thx elfman), but a more natural evolution of their establishing music (MoS&BvS), to represent both heroes' journey in their character development. Edging closer to the batman and superman that people are familiar with, but still retaining their own identity for this generation.

This is amazing this feels like it should have been Superman's theme after Justice League part two where he accepts he is the best of both worlds. When the crisis is stopped and he's looking over a damaged half kryptonian spaceship half ice, formed kinda looking like the classic crystal fortress, and he gets a call that from Batman that his help would be appreciated in south America getting rid of the strangler packs of the parademons from the invasion to which he confidently says he'll be right there and this plays as he flies off like in man of steel and cut into the credits Justice League: [insert title here].
