I actually liked BvS in its entirety but one thing I'd like them to improve on is the fight scenes. Batman punches, kicks, and flings Superman a bit sluggishly. If he fights throughout the movie with the same speed and intensity as he does with the guys who kidnapped Martha, it would be a lot more epic.

Batman started killing people since his 1st comic book appearance. 1st time in live action? Batman (1989). He might have also done so in the 1943 and 1949 serials, but I have not seen those. *To Add:* Batman may have killed in Batman: The Movie. Not on purpose but you can count it When did he start killing in this universe? I can explain it. Batman started killing in this universe after the Black Zero Event in Metropolis (the World Engine and Superman v Zod in Man of Steel). The event ended up killing a lot of close friends and people who worked for him making Bruce Wayne an angry boi. We see his killing during Knightmare visions and during BvS. Luckily Superman is able to turn Batman back to the light thus returning the no kill rule to Batman in this universe, which we see in Zack Snyder's Justice League
