To be honest the only time I can remember something hinting at a Amanda Waller backstory is in the Ryan Renolds Green Lantern movie back in 2011. When Paralax showed Waller her fear it showed what seemed to be her being a victim to a crime where she lost her family. But, it was a blink-and-you'd-miss-it moment so I had always assumed it was something from the comics.

I like that Bruce and Selina travelled to Gamorra Island to steal something before they encountered and fought Black Alice, Deadeye, Bizarro, and Gunslinger. Overall, this is an alright comic. For the Harley Quinn backup, the only good thing I have to say is making Harley do something interesting that is better than what she did in her own series. That’s it.
