Funny thing is I actually uploaded a video explaining the movelist for all the Training Mode characters on my own channel a day before this! Yes, I actually owned this game for SNES, and I did take the time to learn as many of the moves as possible.

What’s not known as much is how different this game is on Genesis over SNES. You can’t play as Riddler in Training VS, but you get TwoFace instead. Also no HOLD ON on the Genesis, and the controls are better overall. The backgrounds are also super different, it’s not as dark and you see more in Genesis over the SNES version. And there’s music in the training stage too.

Oooooh, this is the game that for the longest time I was trying to remember the name of. I was joking with my buddies on Warhammer 40k night at the game store and joked,"Anyone remember that Batman game where you got to waddle around an asylum and beat the shit out of mental patients?" Now I know!

I knew the game when I was 13 years old, together with my brother we played it several times and we had fun looking for the Blue Prints to use other weapons, it is also more fun when you play versus and you know how to do the powers. It's not a totally bad game but it's not totally good either. The one who says that the music is bad I guess he is some kind of music producer lol Batman Forever The Arcade Game on the other hand seemed very frenetic to me, I prefer this one.

Dude I love this game! Me and my Best Friend spent many a hour co-op playing through the levels and Bosses. I loved the different gadgets and special moves. You can shittalk it all ya want but this was part of My childhood xD The fucking Gorilla behemoth Riddler as the final Boss is just so stupid that you have to love it xD

This game was much better on sega genesis. It had 0 loads, was smooth. And if you learn the special moves it was legit fun.

I realize this game predates Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero by 2 years, but I think Batman Forever is abit better if you know basics controls. When Mortal Kombat Mythologies it seems you need to know everything and the game is still unfair like.

@@JustinJTime Yeah as alot the moves would get you killed near cliffs or off of platforms, so they're only useful for none platforming rooms. So MKM don't got that good set of moves for non platforms and platforms rooms. and need good overall basic control too

When Simmons said up and select but not at the same time it was like a bomb went off in my head of all the memories of me never fucking figuring out how to get out of the second room. This must be how Sonic 3 players felt about the cylinder.

Yeah this game can be bs as there's puzzle levels that are not so great, Funny there is a romhack for the genesis port that fixes some of the gameplay issues and remove puzzle stages XD I think it's called "Batman Eternity" Another odd thing is Batman Forever on the PC Batman and Robin have the film's outfits, when the console ports have the Party City like knockoffs.
