When I first watched this video, I thought it was gonna be The Dark Knight orchestral score. But when that first guitar riff played as the song opened, a chill ran up my spine, the likes of which I have never experienced before or since. It opened my eyes to the genre of heavy metal, and my life has never been the same. It makes me happy in a very unique way, and has helped me through some hard times in life. Heath Ledger's "The Joker" is one of the greatest performances in movie history. Seriously. The guy got so into the role. A month prior to the start of the filming, he stayed in some old motel, alone, getting into the mindset of the Joker. He created his own backstory for the Joker, even made a journal written by the Joker, with all his messed up thoughts and whatnot. Even when they weren't filming, he would still act and talk like the Joker, he just never got out of character.

At first I didn't like how the music went down in volume when the joker had Rachel. But then when it went back into the music, it did feel right in place. Excellent, 5/5!
