I think it's hilarious and wholesome that Adam West Batman's utility belt ended up saving Prime Batman and the Multiverse thanks to his shark repellent. In the grand scheme of the multiverse, even the goofy but wholesome variants of characters can help save the day, I find that concept beautiful.

The Justice League Unlimited Batman and the old Bruce from Batman Beyond did meet up. There's a scene when they both yell at Terry and he jokes about something similar to "this must be what they used to call stereo". It still makes me laugh to this day

@@AbigatorM Batman Beyond follows BTAS and the Justice League/Unlimited series. They share developers and Kevin Conroy still voices Bruce as well as other voice actors making cameos. No matter though, while Batman Beyond follows the chronology of the preceding series, one can easily say that it is not the only future. Like how almost all Bruce Waynes share more or less the same night in Crime Alley, but branch off from there. As far as comic book logic goes, this is a common universe split that has been done lots of times in print. Now the print has brought in the animation as well.

20:50 This is easy to explain. Batman beyond Joker is the same Joker from the animated series. They're the same continuity.The Joker was killed after the animated series ended, but while Batman was still in his prime. In this story they wanted to have Crimson Mask jump through the most notable Batman stories outside of comics. They probably split it into two universes because the distinct art styles helped lean into that. So that universe crimson mask ressurects him before Batman Beyond events, and then the second one He's ressurected after.

Tim Drake killed Joker in Batman The Animated Series. Joker and Harley Quinn kidnapped Tim and used the joker gas on him - essentially turning Tim into a Joker Mini-me. Joker tried to get Tim to kill Bruce with a gun, but Tim turned around and killed Joker instead. Edit: All of this happened because Joker and Harley wanted a kid.

Batman the Animated series Joker died between the events of the show and Batman Beyond. The Tim Drake Joker was his fail safe, but Tim killed him for torturing him, then years later the torture kicks in and makes him Joker.

Didn’t get to post this yesterday when I watched… the only instance of any Batman meeting Batman Beyond and old Bruce Wayne that I can think of was from the Justice League Unlimited cartoon when Batman, WW, and GL (John Stewart) were trying to stop the villain Chronos.
