The Cruelty and Insanity of Joker mixed with the Fear tactics and Intelligence of Batman would create a monster like no one has seen and something Joker would hate. Theirs been a few Marvel Crossovers and even though they aren’t canon it still paints a consistent picture of Jokers Standards. Joker temporarily teamed up with Carnage and Joker hated him. He said he had no class, no style, it was all mindless violence and was frankly disgusting to see him work. Same when he encountered Punisher thinking the wanton violence played out and not at all entertaining. He worked with Red Skull until he found out he was a Nazi and immediately betrayed him because he may be a mass murdering clown but he’s no Nazi. BWL is exactly someone Joker would hate because it’s too dark, too slaughter house horror show. TLDR Joker doesn’t think the Batman Who Laughs is funny

Raw-Kin Bleachfan I don’t think that the Carnage symbiote would necessarily like to be bonded with Joker. It likes to warp the user’s mind and have it’s own level of control, something that wouldn’t really work with Joker. Also the symbiote just slaughters things without much of a motive. The Joker is never really that simple and usually likes to add some flare or schemes to his mayhem. The Joker even went so far as to call Carnage boring in the crossover.

That was always the Batman's greatest strength: he had a contingency plan for every situation, being prepared for any foreseeable outcome. The only outcome he wasn't prepared for was himself going rogue, and that's why laughs is so damn dangerous, as he's just as prepared as his good counterpart, if not better
