Excellent informative talk! : D This sets out psychological techniques for help at a high quality level and is very accessible with its framing plus examples. Cognitive Restructuring advancements is key. I recall a psychological session (not for PTSD but for generally improving my mental health to manage severe prolonged scarring stress) I had where the replacement psychologist was not good in their advice. Objectively they gave bad guidance but I knew better than to follow what they proposed. My relevant point being is not to blame them but to praise this video for matched their predecessor's skills with words. For non-professional environment advice this is high praise indeed.

Some ideas: masculine energy, self respect, tough times and looking for validation from women…loss of confidence
