Very much so, the first reminding me of my self-righteous way of being that I've had for the most part of my life. Christopher Nolan's character of Bruce Wayne is the best portrayal so far. There are a few pieces of the puzzle missing in my honest opinion.

Um...hmm...could we maybe analyze the minds of the creators as well as the work? Joker's a great character, but he and Batman have gone through so many different versions of themselves that the message one story tells can be vastly different from the others. I still think it would have been epic had Joker done something OOC in Dark Knight, like team up with Batman at Arkham Asylum or something.
