Today we've got Batman VS Black Panther! Batman is from the DCEU, specifically the armored Batman in the Batsuit that he fought Superman with. Bruce is a leader of the Justice League, he's fought alongside Superman and Wonder Woman, and he's fought against Doomsday, Steppenwolf, and maybe Darkseid in the Justice League: Snyder Cut.
On the other hand, well Black Panther is from the MCU, is the king of Wakanda, wears a suit made out of vibranium, and is a valuable member of the Avengers. He's fought against Captain America, Winter Soldier, Killmonger, even Thanos himself in the past. So who's coming out on top? Well lets find out!

Superman wasn't trying at all and didn't know about the kryptonite poison gas, spear, Anti Air Gun in the ground, etc. Even tho he can see through almost anything. It took GOD-level PLOT armor to even damage DCEU Superman.

An explosion so powerful it rip electrons away from atom, more power then our star (for a short time), hot enough to melt every metal on the planet. Superman in this same movie can move so fast he breaks the sound barrier, His punches create shockwaves that rips through building. You telling me that Superman even weakened 100x over couldn't laser bats eyes, suck the air from his lungs, speed blitz him, and so many other thing that could kill him? Superman is literally a planetary level threat (bats said as much). How much weaker was superman suppose to be? Mountain, Building (which it looks to be the case and single punch would still kill him even in an exo-suit that could lift over a ton), Elephant? How much slower would he have to be for bats to be able to block an attack? This is, in my opinion, one of the toughest fights to call. In the end, I'd give the win to BP (for the reasons you cited); however, there is one thing you didn't cover--Batman's gear. While he didn't use a lot of it (in B vs. S) when he was in his armored suit, he never travels without it. That means BP is probably going to sustain more than a bit of damage from Bruce's "wearable arsenal" before he eventually takes the victory.

Batman was only able to contend with supes for two reasons *1) supes was holding back A LOT and 2) supes was exposed to kryptonite which momentarily diminished his powers.* BP is a superhuman and a super soldier tier being and has abilities beyond human potential, Batman may be peak human but he isn't superhuman. BP's muscle memory and reflexes are way superior to batman. In comics BP is faster than a panther and more agile and has superior combat speed and he is a master of stealth and a tactical genius and skilled he mastered every single martial arts known to man including 5 wakandan martial arts which batman wouldn't know because he is from another universe and Batman has only mastered 127 martial arts out of approximately the 160 that exist whilst BP has mastered ALL KNOWN TO MAN.

He can’t be killed ever (just send back to his Realm) He can fire bolts from his hands that are Powerful enough to kill a Guardian of the Universe in one Blow, he gets stronger as he kills more Entities and People. I know that Knull is Crazy Powerful, but not to that Degree.

This isn't a challenge. The suits are a miss-match. What can Batman do to harm the armor? In addition, the absorbing and storing abilities make any kinetic attacks that Batman launches not only ineffective but dangerous to him. And you've overestimated Batman's strength, especially in comparison to BP. While BP can take Batman's best punches, even with the suit, Batman can't multiple blows from BP, especially to the face.

Black Panther wins this with ease. Bat's may have almost beaten Superman but that was with prep, using the man of steels weakness which had his abilities depower a bit and one of the reasons why Bruce was able to hurt him. Tchalla outclasses bat's in everything, no doubt.

I wouldn't as you mentioned say Bruce was clearly stronger..Bruce took on a weak superman..Whether it's going through walls or slinging supes none of those far surpass black panther. Both in the mcu & comics captain America & t'challa have always been basically equals physically ..T'challa also momentarily beat an assassin mode bucky who with a clear head was stunning iron man..I would say Bruce & T'challa was more equal if anything and not a clear advantage as you mentioned.
