Correct, one is thermal heat energy, while the bullet is pure kinetic energy forced into a pinpoint. Cap would have to channel his strikes into his fingertip to get that same effect as a bullet, I just don't think Caps has developed that skill.

Well you have to realize that MCU Captain America is not only significantly stronger than Wolverine, but also significantly stronger than comic book Captain America. Cap in the comics is supposed to be at the peak of peak human, however, MCU Cap is most definitely superhuman, at least strength and durability wise. That’s if you don’t already consider comic book Cap superhuman…. When it comes to speed and agility, I think it’s actually pretty close between FOX Wolverine and MCU Cap though. Strength and skill is where MCU Cap takes a fairly significant edge.

In the comics Wolverine was decapitated a few times. Each time when somebody placed Logan's head and body together he healed. Logan wasn't able to retrieve his own head. I don't think cap could or would do what it would take to kill Wolverine.

I get what He’s saying. But Wolverine is more experienced, durable, and etc. but even with that, he’s has a point to were Logan relies more on his healing factor. But if this fight goes on, just like when he was fighting the silver samurai, he has to rely on his skill. Which cap more be a better fighter, Wolverine is way more experienced, and probably knows more fighting techniques to battle in his favor. An if he really wanted, he could take hits, while observing Steve’s fighting style, so he know how to contour. But if this fight does hit screens, I would love to see how it actually looks like.

Logan is about 200 years old during the events of Logan. Cap is probably around 120, however old he was before being iced over for 70 years (is it 70? I think it's 70), plus the time from pre-Avengers to Endgame, not counting the ending scenes where he's an old man. Logan was in both World Wars, Vietnam, possibly Korea, and then not to mention the various mutant wars. Wolverine has more combat training and experience, and has had more experience fighting those just like him, Sabertooth, X-24, Death strike, Silver Samurai who could cut off his claws, Deadpool. Cap has an impressive list too with Thanos, Ultron, Red Skull, Crossbones, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther, etc. We have 2 genetically enhanced soldiers who have fought people far stronger than them. It comes down to the strategy and weapons. The claws come from a similar alloy as the shield, and as the shield can be disarmed, the claws can be cut off, and wolverines healing factor can be bypassed if his brain is destroyed.

I think going by the movie versions this is probably accurate . However one one thing that often gets down played about wolverine is his fighting ability . He’s not only experienced, but he’s actually an expert in many different martial arts . Comic cannon Wolverine also can move faster than the human eye can follow , but many people also don’t know this.

I think people forget also because Wolverine doesn't often utilize it, since he knows he can take the beatings and just wait for his perfect moment to strike, that he's actually a way better fighter than it appears. He's served four wars and survived the Weapon X program. But he also studied the samurai arts. Captain America only comes off as the better fighter because he constantly uses his military skills whereas Wolverine picks and chooses his moments. But if he utilized all the training he has, Logan would trounce Captain America in that way as well.

Logan got better the more he appeared in movies. In part 1 he was very weak. X2 he was pretty good durability wise and increased in physical strength by a lot. By X3 he was nearly invincible and able to block on coming non energy based projectiles.

Wolverines metal is FAR better. Vibranium ( I forgot how to spell it) is literally meant to take Force its tensile strength is strong but not its Shear strength, being that Wolverine is pretty damn strong all he needs is at least 6 feet of running time and he can just spear right through the shield. WE ALL KNOW THIS. Adamantium is WAY more dense than vibranium being that it has repeatedly stated that it is a third of the weight of steel.
