6:30 I asked Jsaux via mail is it possible to fit SD with this cover on inside their case. They replied "no". Now I see that is otherwise :D

Nice video, Don't have a steam Deck myself but it is fun to see the mods and ideas people have to expand on the system. Just curious, I have recently learned about a Taito Type X arcade system but from what I have seen it is not supported in Batocera. I was curious if you have attempted to get this running on it's own or have even heard of it.

No way he's steam deck only. He's done a few lately I know, but he's also done a vid of Batocera on the RG552. Its Batocera after all, and Batocera is available on many chipsets/devices.

I have a 4tb crucial but it is half or a third of the size you got

I've got a better solution that I am waiting to be delivered also why not mount the drive horizontal and use a longer cable that wont stick out over the top as much. I've got a set of silicon straps coming.

Not ideal for attaching extra storage, I mean only cause of having something stuck to the back with a cable attached, more of a work around but hey, it works and if you want a large storage device for Batocera rather than a 1TB micro sd where you would be cherry picking roms this looks the only solution. Unless you wanna install Batocera on a larger internal ssd, and dont use Steam altogether. But I guess the vast majority of Deck users defo wanna keep Steam OS on the internal drive. 👍👍👍

Is it possible to load windows on a steam deck? And is it possible on Batocera to arrange your systems by generation? Like a menu where I select 6th gen and get PS2, GameCube, Xbox?
