Great review! I own a UTM-T and I do see myself enjoying that for years to come. I do think they are a bit unasuming until you start playing one, I find mine really sings but I have got rid of the Aquila strings for a set of fluorcarbon strings which made a big difference for the sound.

Strings can make a huge different to any uke, but it becomes very obvious with cheap ukuleles that come with cheap strings!

w/o having watched the review yet, Baton Rouge (est. 1999 🇩🇪) IMHO, is a trustworthy, reliable, down-to-earth company that offers instruments just like that: workhorses, one can rely on. And they are nice to look at too. Now to watch and find out why the heck this is the worst review ever … 🤔
