State Government is following “Principles of Prohibition” and “Not Principles of Protection”by the “Principles of Polluters” in the case of Wild Life Animals. This kind of captures are against National Environment Policy,2006 adopted & implemented by State Government and also Articles 48A & 51A(g) of the Indian Constitution. As per Wild Life (Protection) Act. 1972, Wild Elephants are placed at item No. 13 in part 'I' of Schedule II of the Act and so no person is Authorised to encroach into Wildlife Habitat to poach, trap, hunt or capture Wild Elephant and bringing it into Human Habitat for Training by Cruelest Methods (will result in punishment under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960) & for other Activities and such activities are prohibited under Section-9 and Section-2(16) of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. It is a Planned Drama by State Government & it’s Forest Department to use the Cage made with Improper Planning for PT7 at Muthenga only. To use that Scrap Cage, PM2 (having Collar ID) was forced from its natural habitat by Forest Officials to the City area to create a Endanger Situation with TV News Chanels supports for capturing that elephant and to use the Scrap Cage. This is happened Actually.
