Sadly the Warriors season was over after that 2nd Titans game. There's been too many periods in games or games as a whole where we have been totally rolled. The first half against the roosters, the dragons game and obviously the titans smashing. The red zone attack is way less lethal this year, teams have figured out the short passes between forwards, and countered our safe last play kick and chase. Some really rough luck with injuries, especially having so many games where numerous outside backs go down. Roger has been under utilised, TBH really hard for him to get used to center when he has been injured and has to go to wing or full back every second game. But still there seems little plan or design to get him good ball or involved other than taking hit ups. I thought it looked really simple in the trial against the Tigers, CHT just gave Rog early ball and every carry from Rog was effective. During the season the ball has either not gone to his edge or when it does the ball stops at whoever is at 2nd row. Some very close losses, many injuries and of coarse questionable officiating is the story of the season and makes the 8 out of reach i reckon.

Warriors don’t deserve the finals unfortunately. Unable to close out games they should have won. Regardless of injuries it is what it is. Bad selection has played a part. Makes last year seem like a fluke.

Rodger belongs in full back. Even if Charnz comes back, despite what promises were made behind closed doors the switch needs to happen for the better of the team. Charnz just stat chases and doesn’t feed the ball when he needs to. Rodger is a lot more natural and injects himself at the right times.

It’s as simple as moving SJ to five eight and Martin to half , Walker at lock , RTS at 3 and AP at 4 CNK at 1 HT can cover either half position, Darcy covers Egan or half if need be. Wake up why is Johnson playing half back , he needs to play fly half , who pays these guys to lose football games WTF the whole of New Zealand knows I’m right , wake up Stacey Jones why are you there ?!
