People seriously need to understand what the state filed or the police officer filed.. or lied about. Your convictions stems from the police officers report. If you lied or stretched the truth as they all do. Then you're subject to state investigation and the biggest f****** in your world. Everything's written up on hearsay nothing has ever proven? They can't prove anything that didn't happen? Where are the witnesses? Just because someone testifies in court does not necessarily mean it's all true or any part of it being true.

@@rexnotlob1351 , the presumption of innocence is only nominal in the United States. If the presumption were in operation, and the onus is on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, then how can persons be convicted solely on the opposing testimony of one party against the defendant's adamant claim of innocence with no other evidence? At jury selection, I stated that the defendants were entitled to a fair hearing and that they were effectively innocent in the eyes of the law until proven otherwise. I was summarily dismissed for stating this American truism. I expressed that I wanted to sit impartially and render the proper verdict. The prosecutor sent me packing quickly for my resolution to perform my jury duty properly and as prescribed by the law. What a travesty.

Boy I have had enough / I wish the police or state would to there Do diligent ? People need to check there Records of what's on file /Holey Moley in 2006 I had a felony battery with a gun . Holey smokes , I wished I knew all this ? I have never owned a gun but plain as day light the state has ? records You just never know ? Boy was I ever surprised .
