19:40 : I had to get the battery in my Tesla Model 3 (purchased in late 2019) LR AWD replaced at ~30,000 miles (on warranty, but as I was in the middle of what would have been a 3000 mile road trip, I had to pay for 3 plane tickets at my expense). I don't know what Tesla did with the defective battery pack, but I've read that it happens roughly 2% of the time.
