@DhattFlashyyKid Uhh you can't if I'm not mistaken...you could theoretically install the CWM via the stock recovery, but in order to get root you need ODIN or to use the one-click method which you can get instructions on both on XDA

@MrChicken01134 If your not rooted you can't wipe battery stats...and other than rooting your phone and being able to do that in the custom recovery...I don't know what to tell you, some batteries are duds....good luck on your replacement...but me and countless others didn't have any problems with compatability.

@MrChicken01134 No not at all...if you watch my unboxing video...I take it out of the mailing packaging and pop it right in the phone...are you rooted?

@MrChicken01134 what brand battery was it?and is it an extended battery...I have a Yoobao extended battery from Ebay and I threw it in...wiped battery stats in CWM recovery and it booted right up

@tonybailey89 I got the yoobao as well. I put it in and the phone wouldnt even power up, even with the power cord attached. I returned it and am awaiting a replacement. How do you wipe battery stats? I have the gingerbread platform...

i just installed my battery and the phone wont boot up. did you have this issue when initially charging the battery?
