You can have several different VolvoIDs linked sith one car/app. E.g. we have 2 separate VolvoIDs in use with EX30 and also with VOC app.

Great review! When app doesn't come online immediately, I lock the car from the app, and it wakes everything up

I was expecting more from the Volvo app. Seems very basic compared to the Tesla or Rivian app. Actually feels almost as basic and feature-less like the VW ID app :D

I agree, it's very basic and there's much more potential. The best two things are the preconditioning and charging scheme. What it needs most imo are push notifications for the car alarm and open windows/panoramic roof.

This is a new dedicated app for ex30. So there are better possibilities to expand and modify for new features. I hope Volvo takes this advantage and brings new features or functionalities. It is already better than what some other brands have.

The climate control.and.lock.unlock is not working as off now for me.

As the primary user asssigned to the car you can invite up to 10 addition users using the app but they will be required to register their own Volvo ID if they do not have one already
