Hey Vashist, okay well in my opinion this will depend on a few things: 1. What type of the bowling is the batsman comfortable facing? 2. Are there any particular regions the batsman prefers? 3. Bowler strengths and weaknesses. 4. Condition of the ball. I would look at the game situation and try to block off easy scoring opportunities for the batsman through field placements, if they want to score they have to play riskier shots. Try to select a bowler who you think will cause some issues for the batsman. For example, bring on spin bowler if batsman are playing pace too easily, change from RH bowler to LH bowler if you have that option. Look at the ball and if there any movement is extracted from pace bowling otherwise look at spin options. Also generally batsman can get into groove playing the same bowlers if they have long spells, so short spells of a couple of overs then changing bowlers again can disrupt the rhythm for the batsmen and not let them get comfortable.
