made is us usually means assembled in USA since we out source so much materials in order for companies to thrive less people actually make everything from scratch here...If they do the prices are so high people complain about them since their use to Chinese prices...But I agree would be nice to know it was 100% made in the USA

​@@cutlerylover The magazine, spring, retainer clip and packaging are manufactured in the USA. Assembly is performed in the USA. The UCO Matches and Aquatabs are sourced from USA vendors, and of course GY6 is USMC Veteran owned and operated! The remaining survival kit components are from China. As much as we'd prefer to keep 100% in the USA its just not possible at the current time based on pricing of the individual components found in the kit. Semper Fi!

@Joshua Joestar . As a brit engineer in China, recently made redundant.. yeah. The Chinese Guv raise the minimum wage, walmart drives down the price. The big corporations dont give the consumer a choice. Expensive American made, or cheap asian made. The big corps destroy competition by purchasing power. They drive the cost down, and force small american makers to have to look to China. A Chinese mould tool might cost $8k. American made 50k.,Multiply that by 5x tools. How can a small US company buy all US stuff if wallmart are paying 50k for a chinese production line when the same US made stuff costs 500k. If anything, the explosion of silly idea products coming to the market only happen because of cheap chinese manufacturing. Its not the labour assembly cost that matters, Its the tooling investment.

@@cutlerylover . The UK company I worked for till recently in China bought a US made (Penn) stamping tool. To be used in the UK. Cost 350 USD. A different manager bought the same tool in China for 25k USD. Guess what one is in production and creating revenue? The last email I saw.. the US company said they were late because there was a delay in their 3d printer producing a good air jet to blow stuff from a bowl feeder. The chinese bent a bit of copper tube to do the same. If you are an inventor who re mortgages his house for a dream.. I know where I would get my stuff made.

If you have a bag somthing that only has slots for magazines, could be decent for storing a backup gun maintanance kit or somthing, but wouldn't keep the "survival" crap in there.

Like I always say kids, if Jared West is involved in any capacity, run far far away! Even if it is a Hawk design, which certainly looks interesting, just say no to Mantis & Qtrmst3r. Then we get a decent multitool, a lighter, some TP, a $30 dog bowl, some fancy ziplock bags and a BudK survival kit. What gives, Battlebox? Seems like some wacky choices to me, but I'm glad you seem happy with it overall! That's all that matters at the end of the day.

Battle box seems like it’s just a bunch of surprise junk or gimmicky stuff that’s just going to end up in a junk drawer and not really be used. I think it’s just the mystery of not knowing what you’re going to get that makes people buy it. Waste of money in my opinion. (Still gave you a thumbs up tho)

I’m kind of disappointed that they put the suspension nxt in a battle box, I carried it everyday for about 8 months and to be honest it does everything amazing except for the pliers. They flex and go sideways like scissors do I recently switched to a surge and it’s a phenomenal upgrade I’m so surprised how strong they are
